If you have a live planning application, you can use the planning application search to check its progress. The search is updated regularly and key milestones and target dates can be found under 'Proposal Details'.

If your application is still within the statutory determination period, or within an agreed extension of time, you should not expect a progress update at this stage.

If you need to contact your planning officer, email them directly. You can find their contact details in:

On the 29 December 2006, the Royal Borough adopted the first document of the Local Development Framework (LDF).

The Princess Louise Hospital Site Planning Brief is a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), which applies the Unitary Development Plan policies to the site in North Kensington, which has become surplus to the needs of the Kensington and Chelsea Primary Care Trust (PCT).

The draft SPD was consulted upon during the six-week period from Monday 3 July to Monday 14 August 2006. The SPD specifies the Council’s preferred uses for the site and seeks to gain the most positive outcome, taking into account local need.

The preferred uses are firstly continued use as a hospital, followed by a Social and Community use, including education and thirdly housing with affordable provision.
