Silchester Garages supplementary planning document

The draft Silchester Garages SPD sets out how we expect the site to be developed. It explains the key issues and opportunities and provides detailed guidance on design, phasing and planning obligations.

The Silchester Garages Planning Brief was adopted on 28 July 2011. You can download the Key Decision, the Planning Brief, the Environmental Assessment Screening Decision, and a summary of consultation comments below. Hard copies are also available at the Planning Information Office in the Customer Service Centre at Kensington Town Hall and in all libraries across the Royal Borough.
